   Please, before bringing your pet in for a grooming, we will need all

   your pet's vaccinations for our records. These vaccinations include:

   Rabies, Canine Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella.

   

   Owner must bring a copy from their vet with all up to date vaccinations.

   

   Owner must disclose any pre-existing pet health and abnormal conditions and behavior.

   

   The average groom time is from 2 to 4 hours and may take more time, when treating large size    animals, such as Black Russian Terrier, Doodle and similar types of dogs.

   

   However, since every dog or cat require individual needs and personalities we must work at  our

   own  pace.

   

   Please, be advised, we will call 20 minutes before your pet is done.

       

   Grooming prices may vary depending on the breed, size, coat texture, behavior and period

   of time.

   

   If we cannot brush out all your pet's mats, we must shave your pet’s fur as the last possible option.

      

   We will contact you for your authorized permission before the proceedings.

   

   We will inform you if we notice any health concerns during the grooming to minimize the stress for    your  pet.

   

   If we have found your pet with fleas or ticks during the grooming process we will inform you

   about it.

   

   Please, be advised, that we do not offer flea or tick treatments.

   

   Due to a high client volume, please arrive for your appointment on time.

        

   WE ACCEPT ALL SIZES OF DOGS. (Toy, Small, Medium and Large)

   

   We work with cats as well.
